MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF
ACCESS PERRY COUNTY

Access Perry County Board Meeting
Tell City Public Library
November 16, 2000 7:00 pm

The meeting was called to order by President Francie Wagner. Board members present were: Francie Wagner, Judy Howe, Randy Fischer, Betty Cash, and Sandy Henning. A motion was made by Randy Fischer, seconded by Betty Cash, to adopt the agenda and approve the minutes of the September meeting. Motion carried.

Treasurer Sandy Henning reported a beginning balance of $9,092.08. An investment of $5,000.00 was made in a 3-year CD at Old National Bank; the CD can be redeemed without penalty after one year. Other disbursements included $34.97 to Radio Shack; $56.20 to the Perry County News; $150.00 automatic payment to PSCI. Receipts included $200.00 from the Perry County News. Current balance is $4,050.91. We discussed investing an additional $2,500.00 in a 9-month Easy CD at Old National; the balance may be withdrawn, if needed, after 7 days.

Since Bright Lights may not be held this year, it was decided to emphasize the local Christmas parades on our site. Our contract with PSCI expires this month; Francie will contact Dave Buse regarding renewal.

250 pictures were taken at Witches Walk and displayed on our site. The Taste of Perry County was not as successful as last year.

Meeting was adjourned.
