MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF

Access Perry County Board Meeting
Tell City Public Library
May 24, 2001, 7:00 p.m.The meeting was called to order by President Francie Wagner. Board members present were : Francie Wagner, Judy Howe, Sandy Henning, Betty Cash. A motion was made by Betty Cash, seconded by Sandy Henning, to approve the minutes of the March meeting and adopt the agenda for tonight's meeting. Motion carried.
Treasurer Sandy Henning reported no changes from last report; we have a checkbook balance of $1,552. 51. We have not received a check from the Perry County News since January. Francie will check into this, as well as Network Solutions, since we have not yet received an invoice from them. We will renew our post office box.
No Dogwood Festival pictures were taken. There are pictures on the CVB website. A correction is needed on Civil War reenactment information. We will email business and teacher of the year group photo to PSCI to be posted on our site. Four members' terms are expiring in June: Francie Wagner, Betty Cash, Judy Howe, and Randy Fischer. All members present agreed to serve again; Francie will send letters to appointing authorities.
Our Spring Photo Contest had only 2 entries, with the same winner as in winter.
