Access Perry County Board Meeting

The meeting was called to order by President Francie Wagner. Members present: Francie Wagner, Judy Howe, Joan Goble, Sandy Henning, Mary Ann Wheatley. A motion was made by Mary Ann Wheatley, seconded by Joan Goble, to adopt the agenda; motion carried. Sandy Henning made a motion to approve the minutes of the June meeting; Joan Goble seconded. Motion carried. Our June balance was $8,879.69. Disbursements included: June automatic payment to PSCI, $150.00; nonprofit fee to State of Indiana, $20.00; automatic checking charge, $43.25; new domain name fee, $40.00. Deposits included the July check from the Perry County News, $200.00. July balance is $8,826.44.

Francie has been unable so far to contact the school about the domain name. Our new domain address is: perrycountyin.org. Election of a new treasurer was discussed and will be decided at the September meeting. Web cam at Schweizer Fest was discussed and it was decided that rather than recording live, we will take pictures of individual events, including dress rehearsal of the musical. The equipment was not working due to a bad battery. Camera is now working and a work session was held to learn to ftp photos to PSCI.

Meeting was adjourned. Next meeting: September 21, 2000, 5:00 pm, at Mulzer's Camp.
