Access Perry County Board Meeting
Tell City Public Library
July 26, 2001, 7:00 p.m.

The meeting was called to order by President Francie Wagner. Board members present were: Francie Wagner, Mary Ann Wheatley, and Judy Howe. A motion was made by Mary Ann Wheatley, seconded by Judy Howe, to approve the minutes of the May meeting and adopt the agenda for tonight's meeting. Motion carried.

Sandy Henning submitted the treasurer's report showing a balance of $9,133.32, including the two CDs. Disbursements included $55.00 for our post office box, $25.00 for domain name registration, and $10.00 non-profit registration. We have a credit of $1,079.50 with PSCI. Receipts included $1,400.00 from the Perry County News for the months of January through July.

Election of officers was discussed and it was decided to wait until more members are present. Sandy Henning will be moving to California in the near future and will, therefore, be leaving the board and her position at the Chamber. We have been storing our equipment at the Chamber; we will leave them there at present, but may need to store them elsewhere in the future. Pictures for our Schweizer Fest page were discussed. Our Chamber membership renewal is due. Mary Ann Wheatley made a motion to renew; Judy Howe seconded. Motion carried. The Perry County News will discontinue their sponsorship of Access Perry County, at $200.00 per month, in August. Other options were discussed and will be considered later.

No additional appointment letters for board members have been received.
