MINUTES OF THE ACCESS PERRY COUNTY BOARD MEETING
Thursday, October 16, 1997 at 7:00 p.m.
IVY TECH Building, Tell City, Indiana
Meeting was called to order by President Francie Wagner and agenda ws adopted.
Present at the meeting were: Joan Gable, Francie Wagner, Dale Sprinkle, Gary Palmer, John Spencer & Kathy Gerber.
No minutes were available for approval.
No treasurer's report was available for approval. Motion was made by Dale Sprinkle to approve payment of out lock box annual fee. It was seconded by John Spencer. Motion carried. Francie will check with Tim to see why TC Signs and World Connections have not been paid yet.
Francie gave an update from PSCI. A new logo has been created, a town hall is on the site, there are search capabilities within the business and healthsection, and the calendar is listed. PSCI asked if we wanted more information available on calendar listing. It was decided that we did. Kathy will have the Chamber forward the Fall Tour Brochure to Kevin at PSCI. PSCI asked who should be the contact for people and organizations wanting to add content. It was decided that Kevin at PSCI should be.
Kathy Gerber made a motion to include our brochure in the Hello Perry County Packet, cost not to exceed $20.00. It was seconded by Gary Palmer. Motion Carried.
John reported that he had done a Public Service Announcement about Access Perry County on WTCJ Radio. It was decided that we should do more of these.
It was decided that we will meet at Tell City Junior High from now on.
Next Meeting will be November 20, 997, 7:00pm.
