Access Perry County Board Meeting
Tell City Public Library
October 21, 1999, 7:00 pm

The meeting was called to order by President Francie Wagner.  Members present:  Francie Wagner, Judy Howe, Dick Haywood, Kathy Pohl, Betty Cash, and Randy Fischer.  A motion was made by Randy Fischer, seconded by Kathy Pohl, to approve the minutes of the September meeting and adopt the agenda. Motion carried.

Treasurer Dick Haywood reported a balance of approximately $8,000.00. Dick will request the exact account balance from the Cannelton Library. Francie has requested a check from the Cannelton Library to close our account. This check will be deposited in our Old National Bank account, which was opened with the deposit of a $400.00 check received from the Perry County News.  Outstanding claims include $600.00 from PSCI for charges from August through October and Dick Haywood for camera reimbursement. Past-approved bills still outstanding include $125.00 to the Chamber.  Checks to cover this amount will be written from our present balance.  Francie Wagner will keep the checkbook, write checks at meetings; Kathy Pohl will counter-sign.

Steve Bennett has been appointed to our board by Cannelton Government. Randy Fischer will contact him before next month's meeting.  Next month we will invite Dave Buse from PSCI to attend so that we can discuss our contract with PSCI and re-negotiate it for the coming year.

We will use the webcam for the Witches Walk on October 28.  Following the event, individual photos will be put on our website.  Fundraising plans for the future were discussed.  ICNA may have some funds available.  It was decided to concentrate on projects that fit in with our mission statement.

Meeting was adjourned.  Next meeting:  November 18, 1999, 7:00 pm, at Tell City Public Library.
