Access Perry County Board Meeting
Tell City Public Library
February 17, 2000 7:00 pm

The meeting was called to order by President Francie Wagner. Members present:  Francie Wagner, Sandy Henning, Kathy Pohl, Randy Fischer, John Spencer, Mary Ann Wheatley, Joan Goble, and Judy Howe.  A motion was made by Kathy Pohl, seconded by Mary Ann Wheatley, to adopt the agenda. Motion carried.  A motion was made by Mary Ann Wheatley, seconded by Randy Fischer, to approve the minutes of the January meeting.  Motion carried.

Our January balance was $9,672.39.  There is one February claim:  $150.00 for our monthly bill from PSCI.  A motion was made by Randy Fischer, seconded by Kathy Pohl, to pay this claim.  Motion carried.  This will leave a February balance of $9,522.39.

Acquiring pictures for update of our government officials listing was discussed.  We will get March meeting dates and check with Perry County News for pictures on file.  It was noted that our logo on the business card will not scan for our ad with Village Profile.  The original on file with S&G Printing can be used. 

Randy Fischer informed us that there is no charge for online access to our checking account.  There would be a fee for bill payment and other services; Randy will check into a waiver of fees for us. Accessibility to our equipment was discussed.  A motion was made by Randy Fischer, seconded by John Spencer, to store our equipment at the Chamber office, so that it will be available at all times.  Motion carried.

Meeting was adjourned.  Next meeting:  Thursday, March 16, 7:00 pm at Tell City Public Library.
