Access Perry County Board Meeting

March 16, 2000 7:00 pm

        The meeting was called to order by President Francie Wagner. Members present:  Francie Wagner, Judy Howe, John Spencer, Betty Cash, Sandy Henning, Joan Goble, Kathy Pohl.  A motion was made by Joan Goble, seconded by Sandy Henning, to adopt the agenda.  Motion carried.  A motion was made by Sandy Henning, seconded by Joan Goble, to approve the February minutes. Motion carried.

Our January balance was $9,724.89.  March claims include our PSCI monthly bill for $150.00.  A past due billboard bill from August for $197.00, due to the transfer of our account, has been paid.  Our monthly check from the Perry County News has been received.  Direct payment to PSCI monthly is being set up.  Our March balance is $9,377.89.

Government officials listing on our website is being linked to the Perry County News site.  The logo needed by Village Profile has been delivered to the Chamber by S&G Printing.  A discussion was held regarding disbanding Access Perry County.  ICNA reports that many networks are not
disbanding, but are restructuring.  Several options were discussed, including the possibility of combining Chamber, CVB, and Access Perry County websites to avoid duplication and simplify updating.  We will discuss this further when more members are present.

It was noted that ICNA is now meeting via online discussion board and by email.
