Access Perry County Board Meeting
February 18, 1999 7:00 PM

Meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm by our president Francie Wagner. Members in Attendance:  Randy Fisher, John Spencer, Kathy Gerber, Sandy Henning, _______________, Ron Filkins, Francie Wagner, and Joan Goble

The Treasurer's Report: was read and approved.  Joan will forward information from the Cannelton Library board to the treasurer.

New Business:

-A discussion of the Perry County Showcase (April 10-11)... PSCI will not be present in   person.  John and Dick will set things up on Friday evening, April 9.

-It was agreed that we would display a banner on our site for the "Oh the Places You Will Go" parent outreach night.
-A discussion took place about placing election results on our site... Kathy said she would check into how we could work this out.
-Article - Ron discussed size of ad and what would be on it...1.  Web Cam 2.   PSCI/Access PC
- It was motioned by Randy and seconded by John to do
the ad.
-Showcase...we will look into downloading our site for the showcase if we have a   nonlive version...more discussion over the idea of webcam took place We will have at the showcase our business cards and PSCI brochures.

Old Business:

Laptop and camera update...
-We are purchasing a Micron 333 Intel Pentium II Processor  and the camera will be a Sony a Dazzle Adaptor will also be purchased.
-The report on the taxes will be put on hold until after we have our tax exempt   status updated.
-Web cam splash on billboard has been ordered
-Double billboard situation is fine now.  One was free.

**Lots of discussion took place on our future. (Who and where will Access Perry
County money be housed...lots of ideas...this discussion will continue.)

With no further business the meeting was adjourned.
