MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF
ACCESS PERRY COUNTY

Access Perry County Board Meeting
Tell City Public Library
April 20, 2000 7:00 pm

The meeting was called to order by President Francie Wagner.
Members present were:  Francie Wagner, Judy Howe, Kathy Pohl, Betty Cash, Sandy Henning, Mary Ann Wheatley, and Joan Goble.  Motions were made by Kathy Pohl, seconded by Mary Ann Wheatley, to adopt the agenda and approve the March minutes.  Motions carried.

Our balance in March was $9,724.89.  Automatic payments of $150.00 in March and $150.00 in April to PSCI were made.  We have one current claim for our annual domain name fee of $35.00, due May 23, to Network Solutions.  A motion was made by Sandy Henning, seconded by Joan Goble, to pay this claim.  Motion carried.  A check for $200.00 was received in March from the Perry County News.  Our April balance is $9,389.89.

Updates to our website include a Dogwood banner and spring background; Radio Control meeting place has been changed.  Our page is also ready to post the May 2 primary election results.  Investment of funds was discussed.  We will explore options for investing a portion of our funds.

A committee has been appointed by the Chamber to meet with us to discuss jointly maintaining and promoting a county website.  Members of the committee are Kelly Malone, Donna Adams, Randy Fischer, Mary Ann Wheatley, and Sandy Henning.  The meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, June 8, 11:30 a.m., at Hoosier Heights Country Club.

Our equipment is now stored at the Chamber.  We would like to schedule our next meeting, May 18, as a training meeting, possibly including PSCI. Members will meet Sunday, April 30, to take pictures of Dogwood Festival events to post on our website.  Joan Goble was congratulated on her upcoming trip to England with her Cannelton Elementary class.  A motion was made by Mary Ann Wheatley, seconded by Kathy Pohl, to donate $500.00 to this project.  Motion carried.

Meeting was adjourned.  Next meeting:  May 18, 7:00 p.m., at Tell City Public Library.
