Access Perry County Board Meeting
September 16, 1999, 5:30 pm
Mulzer's Camp

 The meeting was called to order by President Francie Wagner.  Members  present:  Francie Wagner, Randy Fischer, Kathy Gerber, Mary Ann Wheatley,  Sandy Henning, Ron Filkins, Betty Cash, and Joan Goble.  A motion was made  by Mary Ann Wheatley, seconded by Randy Fischer, to approve the minutes of  the August meeting and adopt the current agenda.  Motion carried.

 There was no treasurer's report due to the absence of Dick Haywood. Current claims include $400.00 for PSCI monthly bills for August and September and camera reimbursement.  Ron Filkins reported that we will be receiving checks totaling $400.00 from the Perry County News for August and September.  Our checking account is being set up at Old National Bank. We will request that cancelled checks be returned with our statement.

 New appointments to the Board are Betty Cash, who was present,  and Steve Bennett, not present.  A motion was made by Randy Fischer, seconded by Mary Ann Wheatley, to approve these appointments.  Motion carried.  Ads in the Chamber's community calendar were discussed.  A motion was made by Mary Ann Wheatley, seconded by Joan Goble, to purchase one-half page, at $150.00 each, for two months, advertising our partnership with PSCI and the Perry County News.  Motion carried.

 A soccer schedule has been received and will be posted on our website. Regarding billboards, the splash we requested was never designed.  There is no record of payment and PSCI has no record of billing us for it.  The one billboard owed us will be on Highway 66 near the Patio in November. Colleen Smith is our contact person at PSCI.  There will be a change in billboard companies.

 Meeting was adjourned.  Next meeting:  October 21, 1999, 7:00 pm, at Tell City Public Library.
