Access Perry County Board Meeting
Tell City Public Library
September 27, 2001, 7:00 p.m.

The meeting was called to order by President Francie Wagner. Board members present were: Francie Wagner, Judy Howe, Joan Goble, and Betty Cash. A motion was made by Betty Cash, seconded by Joan Goble, to approve the minutes of the July meeting and adopt the agenda for tonight's meeting. Motion carried.

Treasurer's report: We have a credit of $1,069.50 from PSCI; it is being used to cover our monthly fees, which have been averaging less than $200.00 per month. Our checking account balance is $2,862.51; CD#1, $5,080.81; CD#2, $2,500.00. Total funds: $11,512.82

Payments have been made to Network Solutions and to the Chamber for renewal of our membership. We will postpone election of officers until November in order to have more members present. The laptop computer and camera are now stored at the library and are available to board members at any time the library is open. The Perry County News has completed its sponsorship of Access Perry County. Other options were discussed and will be decided upon later. We will not take pictures of Witches Walk this year, but will sponsor a photo contest from October 1-21. The winning entry will be
decided at the November meeting.
