Need parts for Tell City Glider Rocker. The number on the chair is either 1191-2953-19 or 1101-2953-19. Parts needed are two each metal glide mechanisms with bearings. Please help!

My mother has a tell city glider rocker which is broken. The broken piece is a heavy metal material around 5 inches long which she thinks goes on the right side. She took this piece to the store where she purchased it and they told her you had gone out of business. The chair is style number 1443. Please respond if this is something you could get for her.
